A CleanBC Net-Zero Energy-Ready Challenge Winner

The SFU Parcel 21 development is one of the CleanBC Net-Zero Energy-Ready Challenge winners. This basically means that the project has already carved path to the Province's 2032 energy-efficiency target for large buildings. ZEBx is partnering with SFU's School of Sustainable Energy Engineering to present some valuable take-aways for the building industry. You'll hear from both the architectural firm and the builder of this very unique, low-carbon project, including how they tackled some serious cost escalations.
