Conference on Diversity in Engineering (CDE)

We are happy to support the November 20 - 22, 2026 Conference on Diversity in Engineering (CDE) is an annual national conference organized by the Canadian Federation of Engineering Students (CFES). It brings together engineering students from across Canada to discuss, learn, and take action on issues related to equity, diversity, and inclusion in engineering.

CDE 2026 will be hosted at the University of Victoria, bringing the conversation to the West Coast. their theme, "Bridging the Gap: Building a Foundation for Equity," emphasizes the need to move from dialogue to action, creating tangible pathways for underrepresented groups in engineering.
